New Share Issuance Announcement
On June 10, 2022, in accordance with a resolution by the Board of Directors and following Clause 2 of Article 9, Paragraph 1 of our Articles of Association, as well as relevant provisions of the Commercial Act, we resolved to issue new shares as detailed below, allocating them to a third party. This announcement is in compliance with Articles 418 (2) and (4) of the Commercial Act.
- Type and Number of New Shares: Redeemable Convertible Preferred Shares, 13,824 shares
- Issue Price of New Shares: KRW 108,500 per share (par value of KRW 500 per share)
- Subscription Date: June 24, 2022
- Payment Date: June 27, 2022
- Method of Subscription for New Shares: Allocation to a third party
- Treatment of Unsubscribed Shares: Shares not subscribed for by the subscription date will be not issued without a separate Board of Directors meeting.
