Supergate's AI division is at the forefront of innovatively improving indoor communication environments, especially 5G connectivity within buildings.

To enjoy fast internet on our smartphones, a robust communication environment is essential. The government-funded project we are participating in focuses on developing AI-based In-building O-RAN RU network algorithms, a key technology for enhancing communication environments inside buildings. By analyzing the patterns of sensor information changes using AI, it's possible to identify and quickly respond to various issues and anomalies that may arise during communication. This technology plays a role in predicting communication incidents in advance, informing operators, and providing optimal solutions.

Moreover, Supergate is building a database of O-RAN RU sensor information and data on faults/anomalies, enabling swift and effective responses to issues as they arise. Particularly, the development of an Error Case Simulator allows for the simulation of various problem scenarios, enabling more accurate and rapid resolution methods.

Additionally, a central control system is being developed to manage all of this. This system will monitor the overall communication situation within the building and enhance the communication environment through various control items.

The technology involved in this project by the Supergate AI division will be a significant step towards providing a faster and more stable communication environment in our daily lives.

* O-RU (Open Radio Unit) is a hardware component in 5G networks, responsible for wireless signal transmission and reception. It’s part of the O-RAN (Open Radio Access Network) architecture, enhancing network openness and flexibility.
