Publishing the Electronic Announcement for Supergate

Our company has resolved to issue new shares for third-party allocation on August 16, 2023, in accordance with the resolutions of the board of directors and Articles 9, 9-2, and 9-3 of our Articles of Incorporation and the relevant provisions of the Commercial Act.

On September 6, 2022, our board of directors resolved to issue new shares (bonus issue) following the capitalization of reserves, and we hereby announce this decision.

Our company has resolved to issue new shares for third-party allocation on June 10, 2022, in accordance with the resolutions of the board of directors and Article 9, Clause 1, Item 2 of our Articles of Incorporation and the relevant provisions of the Commercial Act.
